Guidelines for Manuscript Submissions

1. Users of LaTeX and Microsoft Word can access the following style files and guidelines.

2. All manuscripts must be written in English.

3. The word limit for all the abstracts is a maximum of 5000 words. Use Times New Roman font, 10, 11 or 12 point, and anywhere between 1.0 and 1.5 line spacing.

4. Abstracts should state clearly and concisely the problem. Entire paper of 4 page limit will be published in IEEE Xplore if selected and if one only submits an abstract and it gets selected then it will be considered for oral presentation/poster presentation.

5. Papers must include methodology used and central conclusions, and may include figures and graphs along with bibliography to help reviewers place the contributions of the work into context.
